3 GREEN FLAGS for Diet Influencers

This video discusses three Green Flags, which suggest that a nutrition influencer is giving you good information.

These Green Flags are:

1) The influencer does not shill for a specific diet. Influencers who shill for specific diets (such as carnivore, keto, vegan, low carb, vegetarian, fasting, etc) usually give misinformation. However, influencers who don’t shill for specific diets usually have good nutritional advice.

2) The influencer is a natural bodybuilder. Natural bodybuilders often give good nutritional information, because they usually don’t shill for a specific diet.

3) The influencer cites multiple studies (and not just one study).

Good nutritional influencers include Mike Israetel (host of Renaissance Periodization), Layne Norton (aka Biolayne), Gil Carhalvo (host of Nutrition Made Simple!), Ben Carpenter, Jeff Nippard, Sean Nalewanyj (aka Sean Nal), Will Tennyson, Picturefit, & Geoffrey Verity Schofield.
