BioLayne Training Summary – January 12th to January 24th

In this BioLayne Training Summary we discuss my new training adjustments including:
Moving to Squatting 4x/week
Benching 5 sessions per week (2 double sessions & 1 single session)
Deadlifting 2x/week
Switching shoes to Adidas Power Lift Trainer 2.0
Included AMRAPS: Squat 585 X 6 & 595 X 5, Bench: 360 X 3, Deadlift: 600 X 9 & 605 X 9
