There are many different ways to approach diet; all can work to a certain degree. For the average person, the best diet is the one you can stick to. Just because something works, doesn’t make it the most optimal. However, if you want to maximize your performance as a physique athlete, IMHO carb-cycling is the best approach. Trust me, I have tried every type of diet there is, and nothing works better for bodybuilding. What diet works best for you?
