So this week is my Deload week. I’m not changing anything in terms of exercises but i am lowering the weight 50% of what I am capable of. I’m definitely not feeling my strongest at the moment but I am at a deficit so that comes with the territory. i’ll continue to push out the week and stay focused on my diet as well.
