Bodybuilding bench press, Above the chest
4 sets of 10 reps (45 seconds rest between sets)

Bent-over barbell row/ Yates row
4 sets of 10 reps (45 seconds rest between sets)

Side Lateral raises

4 sets of 15 reps (45 seconds rest between sets)

Rope Hammer Curls superset with rope overhead extensions

Superset Leg raise and High cable pull downs

Hi! my name is Dan I have been following fitness for 12 years. I’m looking to build endurance, and cut. I’m trying to workout six days a week. Daily, I want to consume 100 ounces of water, 40 grams of fiber, and at Least 100 grams of protein, The Programs I have done are Wendler 5,3,1, P.H.A.T. training, German volume training, Traditional push pull splits and i designed my own custom workout plans. I am now doing Rsp chiseled . I have been watching fitness youtube since day one of POG, Ian McCarthy calling out the twins and Ogus’s first video. I love fitness and ill try my best to consistently post workout footage. I’ll also throw it out there that my physique is natural, no gear, just fueled by a ton of caffeine over the years, creatine and whey protein.. Its been 12 years of consistently training.
