How to Boost Serotonin

In this video I am going to share with you how to boost serotonin.

I will cover what serotonin is, symptoms of low and high serotonin, IF you really should be trying to increase serotonin, and if you decide to, which nootropic supplements are best for increasing your serotonin levels.

Serotonin is often called “the happiness hormone”. Because low levels of serotonin are typically associated with depression.

It’s why SSRIs are prescribed for treating depression only to find that many get no relief by using them.

And it’s why some get into trouble using 5-HTP thinking it will improve their mood and it either does not work. Or has the opposite effect they were looking for.

Low serotonin levels are associated with irritable bowel syndrome, heart disease, and osteoporosis. Serotonin stimulates the production of cytokines to tame inflammation.

Serotonin can impact mood and regulate your behavior. Balanced serotonin levels are associated with calm, focused, happy and stable moods.

Serotonin deficiency can result in frequent anger, high sensitivity to pain, feeling overwhelmed, insomnia, low self-esteem, and more.

Too much serotonin can result in agitation, restlessness, confusion, social anxiety and panic attacks.

If you think you need to increase your serotonin levels this video will show you how. The best supplements for increasing serotonin.
