How interesting human metabolism can be during a reverse diet!

This weeks weight increases were a reflection of last weeks over consumption!

I was on track every day and my weight continued to trend up through out the week.

Layne and I talk about some of the likely mechanisms taking place, and what could also be contributing to the slight increase in weight despite fairly good compliance.
