Welcome back to another check in! Sorry it’s been a little while since you guys got an update.
Today I want to focus on the concept of mindfulness and mindful eating. The holidays really tested my ability to use what I’ve learned but I think I made it out pretty well this year…..until a tub of ice cream arrived while I was on a phone call. Let’s just say I had a little snackccident.
I want to hear about your snackccidents in the comments below and how you’ve used mindfulness to recover from the inevitable mindless snacking that we all go through from time to time.
