Hey! I’m not sure if I mentioned it in the video anywhere or not, but I am bulking now. My goal is to gain roughly 1 lb per month for the next 5-6 months and take my weight from 165 lbs to 170+ lbs. I’m doing this using an intuitive approach to bulking.
