It’s been a while since I took you guys into the gym but I’m back! Today’s video is all about training upper body. This workout will be part of a new program in the Workout Builder so you guys can get a sneak peek. Something I’ve been struggling with in the gym is sticking to my goal of not adding size to my upper body. My competitive nature always tells me to go heavier or add more reps but part of growth is adapting and changing.
